This project, led by the “taziz.net” team, aims to promote the management of organizations based on the values and mentality of founding leaders. The project emphasizes the importance of adopting these values as a source of inspiration and a model to follow in order to achieve outstanding success and sustainable growth. It aims to establish an organizational culture that appreciates the founding leaders and create leadership models for others to emulate. The project also focuses on embedding the founder’s mentality into the company culture, attracting the attention of leaders and managers, and providing training programs to enhance the values of the founding leaders
The objectives of the project include presenting a theoretical and applied framework for founding leaders’ values, publishing knowledge content and procedural guides on exploring and analyzing the values of founding leaders, and transforming these values into organizational practices and behavioral indicators consistent with the organization’s vision. The target audience for this project includes organizations interested in developing leadership at various levels, implementing values-based leadership, empowering the values of founding fathers and leaders in family businesses, developing future leaders, and individuals interested in entrepreneurship and promoting entrepreneurial values and success
